Objective To observe the serum of patients with hyperlipidemia against prime complement regulatory protein of CD55 and CD59 expression . Methods hyperlipidemia 50 patients , age , sex, body weight matched healthy controls, 21 cases , fasting serum resistin concentration measured by flow cytometry using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay peripheral blood leukocyte expression of CD55, CD59 . Results in patients with hyperlipidemia fasting serum resistin concentration of increased compared with normal control ( P <0.05 ) , female serum resistin levels than men (P <0.05), of resistin serum total cholesterol was significantly positively correlated ( r = 0.297 , P < 0.05 ) , and body mass index , waist-hip ratio , blood glucose had no correlation . The Hyperlipidemia group mean fluorescence intensity and percentage of CD55 positive lymphocytes are lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05 ) , CD59 -positive granulocytes percentage lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05 ) . CD55 positive lymphocytes mean fluorescence intensity and body mass index (r = -0.238, P = 0.045), waist circumference ( r = -0.253 , P = 0.033 ) , waist-to-hip ratio ( r = -0.325 , P = 0.006 ) and negatively correlated , CD55 negative correlation between the percentage of positive monocytes and body mass index (r = -0.361, P = 0.002), waist circumference (r = -0.338 , P = 0.004 ) , waist-to-hip ratio ( r = -0.301 , P = 0.011 ) . Multiple regression analysis WHR were independent predictors of CD55 positive lymphocytes mean fluorescence intensity , and waist circumference are independent predictors of CD55 -positive monocytes percentage . Serum resistin positively correlated with TC , with the complement regulatory protein of CD55 , the mean fluorescence intensity and percentage of CD59 positive cells were not correlated . Conclusion hyperlipidemic patients fasting serum resistin concentration , there are gender differences , and was positively correlated with serum total cholesterol , suggesting that resistin may be involved in lipid metabolism . Hyperlipidemia complement regulatory protein downregulation , and waist-to-hip ratio , waist circumference close negative correlation , suggesting that obesity , especially central obesity can affect the expression of complement regulatory proteins . Fasting serum resistin prime complement regulatory protein CD55, CD59 expression was not correlated , and whether other adipocytokines affect the complement regulatory protein to be studied further .
