Abstract


China 's AIDS epidemic situation is very grim. The feminization of HIV transmission is increasingly obvious . This paper first discusses the differences between the sexes on the biological significance that more women than men in biology susceptibility . Next traditional gender culture of gender , and discusses the impact of the traditional culture of the different status of men and women in same-sex sexual relations , commercial transactions , fixity relationship and forced sexual relations . In the third chapter , in this article from the four dimensions - educational resources , economic resources , political resources as well as health care resources to obtain comparative analysis of the gender differences between men and women and the impact of AIDS susceptibility . In the fourth part , the United Nations and the process of China 's AIDS prevention and control from a gender perspective phasing also pointed out that , despite considerable achievements , but China 's AIDS prevention and control measures , there are still certain gender misunderstanding . The paper argues that not only is the biological factors , the more important cause of gender differences in social status, social division of labor is a \get on the male high female , male-dominated popular with the spread of AIDS , women become victims of AIDS . Deeply rooted in traditional gender culture , its impact can not be eliminated overnight the status differences resulting sexes can not be eliminated in the short term . China 's AIDS prevention and control work is a long way to go . AIDS prevention and control in the future , we should be awareness of gender mainstreaming into AIDS prevention and control policy -making .
