Abstract

Objective To explore different autologous transfusion in orthopedic surgery blood transfusion after the body to produce anti-infection immunity effect, orthopedic surgery provide scientific theoretical basis for rational use of blood . Selected clinical general information under the premise of obtaining informed consent of patients , 60 cases of a roughly similar elective surgery patients , were randomly divided into four groups , with 15 cases each , followed by allogeneic transfusion group ( allogeneic blood transfusion ABT ) (Group I , G1), blood dilution group ( acute nomovolamic haemodilution , ANH ) ( group, Ⅱ , G2 ) , blood recovery group ( intraoperative autotransfusion , the IAT ) ( group, Ⅲ , G3 ) and blood diluted with blood recall of two way joint application group ( ANH and the IAT ) ( Group IV , G4 ) . Each group in the preoperative and postoperative day 7 and 14 early morning fasting patients with peripheral venous blood 10 ml of used to detect IgG , IgM , complement the body C3a, IL-8 , and TNF-α levels ; immune projection turbidimetry Determination of IgG, IgM content , measured by radioimmunoassay complement C3a, inflammatory cytokines IL-8 and TNF-α levels . Preoperative groups of IgG, IgM , complement C3a , compared to IL -8 and TNF-α levels were not statistically different ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Postoperative G1 IgG , IgM than reduced (P lt; 0.05), G2.3.4IgM than G1 and G1 significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Postoperative the G2.3.4 complement C3a , IL -8 , TNF - α compared with that before were increased (all P lt; 0.05 ) , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) with G1 . The G4 and G2.3 postoperative G4 complement C3a , TNF -α , an earlier rise and increased significantly after the first 14 days G4 complement C3a than G3 and G3 statistical difference ( P lt ; 0.05) . Conclusion ⑴ autologous blood transfusion patients compared to anti-infection immunity after the transfusion of allogeneic blood transfusion in patients enhanced . ( 2 ) hemodilution and blood recall of two autologous blood transfusion alone no difference in the impact on the body's resistance to infection immunity . ( 3 ) hemodilution and blood recovery in two ways combination helps to improve the body's resistance to infection immunity , anti-infection immunity ability than a separate application .
