Abstract

Cinnabar (Cinnabar) is commonly used in the city of sedative drugs, the cinnabar and containing cinnabar proprietary Chinese medicines have a variety of efficacy, plays a decisive role in traditional Chinese medicine. Cinnabar often rough to the undissolved state mineral raw powder medicine, resulting in a large amount of toxic seriously overweight often have an adverse reaction by use of cinnabar. Thus containing cinnabar and cinnabar proprietary Chinese medicines in the international market has been limited. For these reasons, our laboratory isolated and identified a plant height of activity Thiobacillus thiooxidans (to Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans referred to as At.f) leaching processing of mineral drugs cinnabar optimal experimental conditions to study the shake flask leaching cinnabar leaching solution sedative and anticonvulsant efficacy experiments carried out a preliminary study, and the preliminary examination the cinnabar lixivium antibacterial effect. By the pH of the solution, ferrous, ferric iron and other metal ion concentration determination and slag X-ray analysis, the results showed that Thiobacillus ferrooxidans leaching role of cinnabar, the leaching rate is not high, and 25 days after the solution soluble mercury reached 0.282μg/mL. Seen from cinnabar shake flask leaching experiments: pH values ??between 1.5 and 2.0, cinnabar content of 1%, cinnabar particle size = 74μm, the nutrients FeSO 4 . 7H 2 O content of 1% can be obtained when the optimum leaching effect of soluble copper in the solution reached 0.573μg/mL. Fe 3 cinnabar leaching role, found leaching final solution of soluble mercury content 1.532μg/mL. The cinnabar lixivium mice animal experiment: selection of mice, (?), Weight (20 ± 2g), were randomly divided into six groups, 10 / group. Dose cinnabar leaching solution orally to each dose group, the control group were the same volume processing blank and cinnabar suspension gavage, 1 times / day for 5 consecutive days. After the last administration were in 30min intraperitoneal injection of subthreshold dose of chloral hydrate and pentobarbital sodium. Experimental results show that: the cinnabar lixivium and chloral hydrate and pentobarbital sodium synergy to promote sleep in mice, can significantly shorten sleep latency, can significantly prolong the sleep time of sodium pentobarbital. Cinnabar leaching solution of strychnine-induced convulsions but found no significant anticonvulsant effect. The results also show: to taking the Cinnabar lixivium 5 days (taking the mercury total = 0.2μg), was not detected mercury in mouse tissues and organs. The antibacterial experiments cinnabar lixivium has good inhibition, the bactericidal effect of mercuric chloride in the same concentration of mercury ions than Gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria cinnabar lixivium height.
