Abstract


Objective: through the application of purpura clear clinical study for the treatment of allergic purpura ( HSP ) , observed purpura treatment the clinical efficacy of HSP explore purpura treatment of HSP serum sVCAM-1 levels . Methods: The diagnosis of HSP patients were divided into two groups as open test group of 30 patients , 28 cases of the control group , the experimental group purpura clear particles , the control group with prednisone, a day for 30 days to observe the two courses . Observed before and after treatment in the clinical symptoms disappeared differences in the time required and the serum sVCAM-1 levels . Results: (1 ) the purpura clear experimental group and prednisone control group efficacy was no significant difference ( p > 0.05 ) , similar to the therapeutic effect of the experimental group and control group . ( 2 ) purpura the cleaning test group in improving proteinuria compared with prednisone control group , there is a significant difference ( p < 0.05 ) between the two , in improving other symptoms compared with prednisone control group who was no significant difference ( p > 0.05 ) . ( 3 ) Purpura no significant side effects , patients taking prednisone side effects of Chinese medical practitioners and Western medicine . (4 ) purpura clear the test group in the regulation of sVCAM-1 level compared with prednisone control group , no significant difference ( p > 0.05 ) between the two . Conclusion: purpura definition can effectively improve the the HSP patient's clinical symptoms , especially the improvement of proteinuria significant effect , can reduce patients sVCAM-1 expression levels , and, because of its side effects of corticosteroids can replace long-term use of hormone treatment of HSP .
