Abstract


Objective: clinical efficacy for the clinical treatment of allergic purpura by observed purpura clear particles provide a new treatment ideas and methods . Methods: The open controlled study methods , divided into 58 cases of patients with allergic purpura purpura Granule test group of 30 patients and prednisone control group of 28 patients , were observed differences in clinical efficacy . Results: test group and the control group in the treatment of allergic purpura total efficiency of 93.3% and 82.1 % , respectively , no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Test group can shorten the time for improvement of skin purpura , but compared with the control group , no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; in improving urinary protein , the time required for the experimental group than the control group shortened , with statistical significance ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The treatment of allergic purpura purpura Granule efficiency and hormone , and in improving urinary protein than prednisone is an effective prescription for the treatment of allergic purpura .
