Objective: To investigate purpura clear the main clinical efficacy for the treatment of allergic purpura (HSP) , further validate the advantages and characteristics of the pharmaceutical treatment of allergic word purpura . Methods: The diagnosis of HSP patients were divided into two groups by random number table , the test group of 29 patients , 28 cases of the control group , the experimental group with purpura Qing particles mainly combined with conventional western medicine , mainly with the control group with prednisone conventional western medicine , each treatment for 30 days , the use of two courses , observed two groups were compared in terms of efficacy , improve clinical symptoms and side effects of differences Results: (1) purpura cleared the test group and the total effect of the prednisone control group showed no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of the test group compared with prednisone control group , treatment (P gt; 0.05). ( 2 ) purpura cleared the test group via urine routine and urine sediment examination, urine occult blood , proteinuria shorter clearance time , there is a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) compared with prednisone control group . ( 3 ) purpura cleared the test group can significantly alleviate skin purpura , joint pain , abdominal pain, skin purpura subsided , prednisone control group showed no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . (4 ) purpura cleared no apparent side effects, and highlight the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of HSP . Conclusion : purpura clear treatment of the HSP effective , can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of HSP patients and improve the efficacy of proteinuria significant .
