Abstract

Objective: To study acupuncture of Jiaji of insulin resistance in rats, and to further explore its mechanism of action. : 1, healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into acupuncture group, model group, the control group and normal control group (n = 10). Normal control group, to clean diet, no special treatment. Acupuncture group, model group and the control group with high fat diet for 10 days. Euglycemic clamp, capillary assay modeling success. Model group, the high fat diet not be any treatment; treatment group after 24 hours of modeling, Jiaji acupuncture treatment for 4 weeks; control group from the first day of the high-fat diet, Jiaji acupuncture treatment, as above, for 6 weeks; detected after the end of the experiment, all the indicators. 2, the detection indicators: Insulin sensitivity was measured; determination of the fasting blood glucose (FPG); radioimmunoassay of plasma insulin (FINS), C-peptide (CP); insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was measured using the glucose oxidase. 3, statistical methods: the use of SPSS software for statistical analysis and processing between the two groups using analysis of variance, t test P <0.05 was statistically significant. Results: high fat diet for 10 days and found that the model group, fasting blood glucose, plasma insulin levels, insulin / C peptide compared with the normal group was significantly higher (P <0.01), while the ISI was significantly decreased (P <0.01), is sugar tongs, the capillary assay Tips model group typical IR. Received acupuncture Jiaji after 4 weeks of treatment, fasting blood glucose, plasma insulin, insulin / C-peptide decreased significantly (P <0.01), ISI significantly increased significantly (P <0.01), showed that acupuncture improves insulin resistant rats insulin resistance status, tend to be normal. The efficacy of acupuncture group were better than the model group (P <0.01) with statistical significance. The efficacy of the treatment group were better than the acupuncture group (P <0.01) with statistical significance. Conclusion: (1) acupuncture Jiaji can adjust the fasting blood glucose, plasma insulin, C-peptide, insulin sensitivity index, effective interventions IR rats with metabolic disorders, thereby improving insulin resistance. (2) as soon as possible the acupuncture of Jiaji intervention on treatment of rats with IR has a good effect. (3) Through this experiment confirm that the Jiaji is the treatment of insulin resistance and its related diseases with good effect Meridian, provide a useful attempt for clinical acupuncture treatment of insulin resistance and related diseases.
