Clinical Study on Treating the Diabetic Nephropath and the Dyslipidemia

Abstract


Objective:Diabetic nephropathy is one of common and serious complications of diabetes mellitus.In this research, to observe the therapeutic efficacy of jiang-tang-qu-zhi decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy associated with hyperlipemia .Method:60 patients with clinical-stage diabetic nephropathy associated with dyslipidemia were divided into 2 groups: the treatment group (30 patients) was treated with decoction of decreasing the blood glucose and clear away the lipid. The control group (30 patients) was treated with jiao-gu-lan tables .The 2 groups were given basic treatments at the same time. All patients were treated for 3 months.The TCM syndromes were observed. Moreover, FPG, PBG, 24hupq, blood lipid and the index level of blood rheology were measured and compared before and 3 months after starting the treatment.Result:The recipe intreating diabetic nephropathy ameliorate the clinic symptom of the patients obviously, the difference was significant compared to the control group (P<0.05), meantime, the patients’HbAlc , uric protein reduced aignificantly after treatment group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .Not only these the blood lipid and the index level of blood rheology were all benefit from the treatment .Conclusion:Tests indicate that jiang-tang-qu-zhi decoction can:(1)improve symptoms of patients with clinical-stage DN;(2)regulate blood glucose and lipid metabolism; (3)improve abnormal blood rheology and microcirculation, defer development of glomerulosclerosis;(4) obviously decrease urinary protein excretion, regulate glomerular filtration function, protect nephron and can help to slower the progress of diabetic nephropathy.
