The purpose of this experimental study HSP27/60 expression in gastric cancer clinical pathological features and tumor proliferative capacity of p53 protein in gastric carcinoma, so as to explore HSP27/60 role of p53 protein in gastric cancer development, for judging the prognosis of gastric cancer and guide treatment provide the basis. Methods Liaocheng People's Hospital, Department of Pathology, 48 cases of surgical resection and the pathological diagnosis of gastric carcinoma and 14 cases of normal tissue in the corresponding paraneoplastic archive paraffin blocks, all the patients before surgery were not receiving chemotherapy, radiation therapy, biological therapy of any anti-cancer therapy. Using immunohistochemistry SABC method in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissue HSP27/60, p53 protein expression. Analysis of their relationship with gastric clinicopathological characteristics and tumor proliferation ability. Results 1.HSP27/60 and p53 protein in gastric positive expression rate were 64.6% (31/48), 81.3% (39/48) and 68.9% (33/48). HSP27/60 positive expression rate in normal gastric tissue were 7.1% (1/14), 7.1% (1/14) p53 protein in normal gastric tissues were negative (0/14). 2.HSP27 in gastric carcinoma has nothing to do with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P lt; 0.05), but not with gender, age, tumor size, location, degree of differentiation, distant metastasis and tumor proliferative capacity ( P gt; 0.05). HSP60 expression in the gastric cancer related to tumor differentiation and tumor proliferative capacity (P lt; 0.05), but not with gender, age, tumor size, location, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and clinical stage no significant relationship ( P gt; 0.05). p53 protein in gastric carcinoma with tumor size, location, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and tumor proliferative capacity related (P lt; 0.05). But not with gender, age, distant metastasis and clinical stage (P gt; 0.05). 3.HSP27, HSP60 expression in gastric cancer with a positive correlation (r = 0.314 p = 0.032), p53 and HSP27 of HSP60 expression in gastric cancer correlation, correlation coefficient and P values ??were r = 0.159 P = 0.282 and r = 0.252 P = 0.084 conclusion 1.HSP 27/60 and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal gastric tissue, their expression with clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer. 2.HSP 27 expression and depth of tumor invasion in gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of HSP27 in gastric expression suggests a high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. 3.p53 gastric expression was correlated with tumor size, location, depth of invasion, number of lymph node metastasis and tumor proliferation related to the ability of p53 expression suggests the degree of malignancy of gastric poor prognosis p53 expression and tumor prompted cardia and antral tumor pathogenesis may be different. 4.HSP 60 associated with the degree of tumor differentiation and proliferation, has nothing to do with the other clinicopathological parameters of gastric separate detection of HSP 60 is not meaningful to assess the biological behavior of gastric cancer. 5.HSP27 and HSP60 in gastric carcinoma were positively correlated, suggesting that the two may play a mutual role in gastric cancer development. p53 and HSP60, HSP27 no correlation. Joint detection of HSP27, of HSP60 and p53 expression in gastric cancer may help to assess the condition and prognosis.
