Abstract

Objective To study the chemotactic factor receptor CXCR3 expression in breast cancer , and to analyze the relationship between invasive breast cancer clinicopathological parameters . Methods RT-PCR and real-time quantitative PCR (Real-Time PCR) detection CXCR3 mRNA expression in 18 cases of invasive breast cancer tissue carcinoma and adjacent normal tissue ; using immunohistochemical methods to detect CXCR3 in 80 cases of invasive breast cancer expression in 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 15 cases of normal breast tissue . Results ( 1 ) RT - PCR and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that CXCR3 mRNA expression levels in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than in adjacent normal tissues ( P lt; 0.05 ) . (2) The results of immunohistochemistry of CXCR3 expression in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than its expression in breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissue (P lt; 0.05); lymph node metastasis in breast cancer tissue group CXCR3 expression was significantly higher than that of CXCR3 expression levels of breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis group ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; involving the number of lymph node metastasis , tumor size and pTNM stage was a significant positive correlation ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion chemotactic factor receptor CXCR3 is an important molecules involved in breast cancer progression , its expression of a number of clinicopathological parameters , especially lymph node metastasis , suggesting that its as a predictor of breast cancer lymph node metastasis and prognosis of immunopathology indicators.
