Abstract


Purpose : the study of EBV ERK1 and Ki67 expression in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and relationship to explore the relationship between breast invasive ductal carcinoma with EBV , infiltrating ductal breast cancer pathogenesis and clinical research . Methods : adjacent non- tumor tissue in 40 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 40 cases of carcinoma in situ hybridization method for detection of EBV expression the immunohistochemical assay ERK1 and Ki67 expression . Results : 1 EBV in infiltrating ductal breast cancer group there are positive expression ( 9 / 40 ) , and in adjacent non - tumor tissue , no expression ( 0 /40 ) , P lt; 0.05 , the difference was statistically significant . Was no significant difference in expression of EBV in various degrees of differentiation , lymph node metastasis, and the different clinical stages of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast group ; 2 , ERK1 expression in infiltrating ductal breast cancer group ( 24 / 40 ) than in expression in the normal control group ( 14 /40 ) , P lt ; 0.05, the difference was statistically significant ; of ERK1 expression with histological grade increased increased lymph node metastasis and the expression of different clinical stages of group no significant difference ; expression of Ki67 in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast group ( 29 / 40 ) is higher than that in the normal control group , the expression ( 6/ 40 ) , P lt ; 0.05 , the difference was statistically significant ; Ki67 expression increased with the histological grade , clinical stage increased , no significant difference in the expression of the lymph node metastasis ; 4 . was not found in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast EBV among ERK1 and Ki67 correlation. Conclusion: EBV infection may be one of the causes result in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast ; 2. ERK1 high expression may occur in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast , the development may play a role ; 3. Ki67 as evaluation of breast invasive ductal is an important indicator of cancer malignant potential ; 4 . infiltrating ductal breast cancer found no clear correlation between EBV, ERK1 and Ki67 three ;
