Abstract

Objective: To observe for low flow sevoflurane target-controlled clinical law inhalation anesthesia was maintained and hemodynamic changes , seek target-controlled drug quantitative indicators . Methods: 60 patients 20-60 years old surgical patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 cases : the conventional implementation of the P group ( propofol ) TIVA TCI target controlled anesthesia ; S group ( sevoflurane ) , the implementation of low-flow VII desflurane target-controlled inhalation anesthesia ( BIS 40) . Were recorded before induction (T1), after intubation ( T2 ) , 15 ( T3 ) , 30 ( T4 ) 45 ( T5 ) , 60 ( T6 ) , 90 ( T7 ) , 120 ( T8 ) min , MBP , HR ; the Sev group of patients plus sevoflurane IT in mind each time point , the MAC value of ET . Results : T2 two groups MBP than the T1 reduced ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , S group than in the P group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , there was no significant difference in the two groups T3 to T7 ( P gt ; 0.05 ) : S group T3 to T7 pm ET revealed no significant difference , ET : 2.46 , approximately 1.4 MAC . Conclusion : Sevoflurane -induced hemodynamic changes compared with intravenous anesthesia light , low-flow sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with target-controlled to maintain a stable , easy to regulation , to good effect.
