Objective: To study Spherical soup combined with perindopril on left ventricular hypertrophy and heart qi deficiency , phlegm and permit the impact of the patient 's symptoms, blood pressure , left ventricular hypertrophy indicators , parameters of left ventricular function and resting heart rate . Methods : 50 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy heart qi deficiency , phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases , 28 cases of treatment group , the treatment group taking the Spherical soup and perindopril joint control group pure perindopril , were treated for 12 weeks . The TCM clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment , blood pressure , resting relevant indicators of heart rate , left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular function parameters change . Results: 1, the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms can be significantly improved (p lt; 0.01), improvement of symptoms of treatment group was significantly better than the control group , the difference between the two groups was significant ( p lt; 0.05 ) . 2 , after treatment, the two groups of patients with blood pressure , end-diastolic interventricular septum thickness ( IVST ) , diastolic left ventricular wall thickness ( LVPWT ) , left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were decreased (p lt; 0.05), ejection fraction ( EF ), E wave and A wave peak velocity ratio (E / A) were increased (p lt; 0.05), the improvement of these indicators but the treatment group than the control group . 3 After treatment, resting heart rate have to reduce ( p lt ; 0.05) , the treatment group, resting heart rate reduction than the control group , the difference between the two groups was significant ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : aligning soup combined with perindopril can improve heart qi deficiency , phlegm and permit left ventricular hypertrophy and heart qi deficiency , phlegm and permit the patient 's clinical symptoms , lower blood pressure , but also reversed hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy , lower resting heart rate .
