Abstract


In this paper, hydraulic impact that caused by the hydrodriving vibration compactor in the course of the starting vibration and the measures of reducing the hydraulic impact were studied. On the basis of analyzing the reason that produce hydraulic impact, the dynamics of vibration wheel of vibration compactor and dynamics of vibration hydraulic system were analysed, the mathematics model of vibration hydraulic system was set up and its output models for pressure and flow were deduced. In order to decreasing hydraulic impact, the principle is analyzed to eliminate or increase hydraulic impact by means of changing eccentric lump structure to cut down the inertia force of starting, changing the pressure of pilot electromagnetic relief valve and changing the parameters of accumulator. Finally, being aimed at a certain machine model, a experiment research about the means of relief valve to reduce hydraulic impact is carried out, which prove the founded prove founded mathematics model. Also, some pending coefficient are amended and the optimum pressure of relief valve is determined. At the same time, a experiment and emulation research about the means of accumulator to decrease hydraulic impact is carried put, in which the optimum pneumatic pressure and the optimum primitive capacity of accumulator were determined.
