Objective: To compare Shenqiwan with YouguiWan right \explore the different levels of the two parties biology kidney mechanism . Methods: Copy \TUNEL detection of apoptosis was determined by immunohistochemistry in renal tissue bcl-2, fas expression levels . Results : 1. Modeling is completed, making modules kidney deficiency symptoms , mainly fatigue, listlessness, after swimming initiative crowded together , less active , cold chills , fur is not shiny, thin stool . 2 renal serum BUN ( blood urea nitrogen ), Cr ( creatinine ) increased significantly , indicating successful modeling ; medication , Cr, BUN were restored trends . 3 TUNEL Apoptosis display the model number of positive apoptotic cells was significantly higher than the normal group (P lt; 0.05), drug intervention group was significantly lower than the model group (P lt; 0.05). 4 Immunohistochemistry showed that fas expression in the order of the model group , YouguiWan group Shenqiwan group and blank group ; Bcl-2 expression in the order of the control group , kidney pill group , YouguiWan group, model group . 5 biopsy revealed : the model group , YouguiWan group Shenqiwan group were pathological damage, the model group , YouguiWan serious injury , Shenqiwan relatively light damage ; structure and organization of the normal control group . Conclusion: \Induced apoptosis by inhibiting fas gene and increased inhibition of apoptosis bcl-2 gene expression levels , Shenqiwan with YouguiWan inhibited renal cell apoptosis and improve renal pathological changes , but Shenqiwan group superior YouguiWan group (P lt; 0.05).
