Objective : To observe the mentor experience side Winton Yuye treating diabetic gastroparesis clinical efficacy , and through research and statistical methods discussed Winton Yuye soup exact effect for clinical and marketing applications to provide a theoretical basis . Methods: 66 cases of diabetic gastroparesis meet Western diagnostic criteria , TCM is Spleen -type patients . Random number table were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 33 cases to be Winton Yuye soup. Control group, 33 cases be Mosapride tablet , for taking four weeks . In clinical symptom scores before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and disease syndromes , and observed changes in glucose and lipid . Results : 1. Disease Comparison of efficacy : the treatment group, the total effective rate was 81.8% in the control group was 78.8% . Difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), considerable effect . (2) Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndrome : the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.9 % in the control group, 78.8% of the total efficiency rule . Difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 3 After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin has decreased compared with before treatment (P lt; 0.05), the two groups after treatment fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), the treatment group than the control group . 4 dyslipidemia observed object accounted for 80.3% , two TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C before and after treatment were statistically significant differences (P lt; 0.01), comparing the difference between the two groups before and after treatment TG, HDL-C, LDL-C differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), TC treatment groups showed no significant difference in the treatment group than the control group . Conclusion: Winton Yuye treating diabetic gastroparesis spleen qi stagnation effective, can significantly improve symptoms, and helps improve blood glucose and lipid metabolism, no significant side effects , worthy of clinical application.
