Abstract


Since the reform and opening-up policy, industrialization and urbanized advancement has brought the improvement of economical prosperity and living standards with the high speed development of Chinese economy. Industrious structure and upgrading put one step forward importantly and developed to industry stage primarily from agriculture, and the proportion of tertiary industry was also gradual growth. But, with the huge progress of economic growth, the problems, such as associated ecological damage, natural resource scarce, environmental pollution, are also prominent day by day. Natural resources, especially the shortage of non-renewable resources, highlight the restriction particularly to economic development, and influence on normal industry and agriculture production and lives of the people.The sustainable development idea already gradually struck root in the hearts of the people, and also tallied with the direction which the industrial structure optimization promotes, our country industrial structure and the development is also the general trend based on the sustainable development. At present, under industrial structure optimization of sustainable development had issued corresponding development project and summary, and this will have the important promotion effect on sustainable development of industrial structure model without doubt.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign industrial structure, unifies the sustainable development idea to make the adjustment to the traditional industry structure optimization connotation, to the industrial structure optimization use tradition distinguished that the method carries on the appraisal in the foundation to make the adjustment according to the sustainable development idea; The article from the economy, the society, the ecology, the science and technology, the internationalization five aspects has established under the sustainable development the industrial development level overall target appraisal system, through analyzes the understanding industrial structure optimization degree to the industrial development level’s judgment; Utilizes the statistical data in theoretical analysis’s foundation, unifies our country actual development condition to the industrial structure state of play use tradition to distinguish that the method has carried on the basic judgment and carries on the sustainable development angle of view to the concrete essential factor the adjustment, further uses the sustainable development quality synthetic evaluation system to conduct the empirical study for our country current industrial development sustainable development level, profits from the analysis current our country industrial structure optimization degree; Draw the corresponding conclusion and through the theory and the empirical analysis carry on the beneficial exploration in the reasonable solution current existence question, anticipated that can develop to our country industrial development level to the sustainable direction, the industrial structure further optimizes has certainly profits from the significance.
