Objective: To observe the stasis , phlegm stasis legislation xiaozheng soup xiaozheng pain and the blood circulation through the legislative cycle Shu drink sequential treatment of endometriosis clinical efficacy , and by observing the law on biochemical indicators before and after treatment , and to explore its mechanism of endometriosis . Methods: 60 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type relying endometriosis patients , according to a randomized block divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases , with a circulation xiaozheng by Shu drink soup with sequential cycles of therapy , the control group 30 cases , with Dan DFE treatment. Observed in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in the situation , and the two groups of patients were measured pelvic mass volume , serum anti-endometrial antibodies (EmAb), cancer antigen CA-125 (CA125), natural killer cells ( NK cell ) activity , T cell subsets classification (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) and other indicators of blood rheology changes . Results: eliminate stasis syndrome by Shu drink soup with sequential cycles of therapy endometriosis clinical efficacy markedly effective rate was 70 %, the total effective rate was 93.33% , the efficacy of TCM Hou markedly effective rate was 80 %, the total effective rate of 93.33% , significantly better than the control group . Laboratory test results showed that: endometriosis patients immune dysfunction and abnormal blood rheology , pre-treatment serum CA125 levels , EmAb positive rate was significantly increased , CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 lower than normal peripheral blood NK cell activity was significantly decreased , blood rheology significantly increased ; treatment, patients treated with serum CA125 level , EmAb positive rate was significantly lower , CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were significantly increased , NK cell activity increased , blood rheology indicators improved compared with the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01, P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: eliminate stasis syndrome by Shu drink soup with sequential cycles of therapy can be effective in improving the clinical symptoms and signs, relying on phlegm and blood stasis type endometriosis have better clinical efficacy ; its mechanism may be through improve the patient's blood stasis state , adjusting immune dysfunction therapeutic purposes.
