Abstract


With the deep-going into the opening and reform, especially with the entrance to WTO, China is now becoming one of the manufacturing centers of the world. However, the resource of high-class mechanics is very deficient, with a less proportion in China than that in developed countries. We know "the world manufacturing center" in the 21st century could not be an ongoing success, mainly due to the low-cost labor market, because other countries could supply so much low-cost labor power that the continuity of success would be prevented. Therefore, the improvement of the comprehensive diathesis of the labor force, should be much more valued in the course of realization of the genuine "world manufacturer".They value the training program for high-class mechanics in XT company with the strong support of leadership.They follow the strict program ,absorb the training theories of all the world and set up their training system.They get a great achivement and win a good reputation.There are the certain distance for them to catch compared with developed countries.The author paid a very specific research on the training program for high-class mechanics in XT company for months, and concluded some treatments which aim at the improvements for the staff training standards of state-owned manufacturing enterprises with some very new individual points .In the form of research,the dissertation analyses in several aspects:The first part: Brief introduction of the background and the motion for the search.The second part: Introduction of the theoretic basis for training.The third part: Analyzing and evaluating the training program for high-class mechanics in XT Company.The fourth part: Resigning the training grogram for high-class mechanics in XT Company and forecasing the effect.At last,the author concludes the training management for high-class mechanics in the manufacture and have a further thinking.The author would be much gratified if the research could do a bit help to the amelioration of China’s enterprises’ competition confidence.
