Abstract


Recessive personal injury, personal injury is dominant in terms of respect, is a less obvious type of injury. Hidden injuries generally in the form of a more secretive and often difficult to be aware, or is believed to be hurt. But its impact profound effect occurs and relatively sluggish, the future growth of the students in the course of only bit by bit, gradually appearing. Hidden causes of injury are: 1. Education Life severe stress; 2. Educational process improper education; 3. School education \The lower the quality of teachers and their own psychological problems; 5. The student's own psychological and mental status. Recessive injury is characterized by: 1. Cause complexity; 2. Effect and highlights the potential occurrence of hysteresis; 3. Seriousness of the consequences; 4. Particularity of treatment. The survey study used questionnaires, supplemented by interviews and literature law. Under the guidance of experts, through questionnaires and interviews with teachers, students self outline seeks to Tianshui City elementary school students recessive injury status comprehensive investigation. Survey covering teachers corporal punishment (including corporal punishment in disguise) and psychological punishment, the school's various rules and regulations, poor school pupils in the school ethos and other damage caused, as well as students respond when faced with the situation of these injuries and so on. Survey involving nine elementary school, high school students, 700 questionnaires were distributed, 628 valid questionnaires were returned rate was 89.71%, and the school where some teachers and leaders were interviewed. School choice is based on expert opinion and research conditions to synthesize selected, the three cities were selected types of primary schools, three types of rural primary and three types of elementary urban fringe. Through the survey found that: 1. School bullying phenomenon can not be ignored. Bullying phenomenon in Tianshui City elementary school campus, though not common, but not uncommon in these bullying incidents, junior high school students bullying classmates, peers of the strong bullying the weak is a common feature; 4. Schools in the development of school rules, they often ignore the rights of students to the dominant position; 5. Campus atmosphere with students in large amount of injury, severity, and so on. For these conditions, this study from the perspective of teachers, school rules and school ethos angle perspective put forward proposals and take appropriate measures to deal with in order to be able to prevent all kinds of positive attitude implicit in personal injury campus events.
