Abstract


Objective: To investigate the inhibitor of apoptosis gene Survivin expression in bladder cancer and the relationship of bcl-2, p53 and c-myc protein expression . MATERIALS AND METHODS : Collect 37 patients with pathologically confirmed bladder carcinoma , 12 cases of normal bladder tissue by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the 37 patients with bladder cancer and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue Survivin mRNA expression , immunohistochemistry SP method detection of bcl- 2 , p53 and c-myc protein expression in bladder cancer , and the results of the correlation analysis . Results: Survivin gene expression in normal bladder tissue , 37 cases of bladder cancer tissues , 26 cases were positive in 70.3 % . Survivin gene expression with bladder cancer pathological grade , clinical stage temperature increased Survivin gene expression in different pathological grade bladder cancer , the positive rate was 55.6 % in grade Ⅰ , grade Ⅱ 72.7% grade III 100% grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ level group ⅲ group there were significant differences ( P <0.05 ) , Survivin gene expression in different clinical stages positive rates were superficial ( Tis , a- 1 ) 58.3 % , infiltrating ( T2-4) 92.3%, a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) exists between the two . Of bcl- bladder cancer tissues , p53 and c-myc protein expression positive group of Survivin gene expression -positive was significantly higher , there are significant differences between groups with various negative and a positive correlation . Conclusion : The abnormal expression of Survivin gene cause apoptosis inhibition and development plays an important role in the occurrence of bladder cancer , abnormal expression prompted the poor prognosis of bladder cancer , the abnormal expression of survivin gene with bladder cancer tissue bcl -2 , p53 and c- myc protein over- expression is closely related . Survivin gene abnormal expression of the inhibitor of apoptosis gene bcl-2 participation , the inactivation of the tumor suppressor gene p53 and oncogene c -myc upregulation may occur in the bladder cancer , the development of a synergistic effect .
