Abstract


Objective: To study traditional Chinese medicine Yiqihuoxue party mice H 22 liver cancer anti-cancer effects and to explore its mechanism of action . Methods : (1) the establishment of liver cancer model mice H 22 , low set Yiqihuoxue square , in the high-dose group and blank control group . (2) Yiqihuoxue parties orally administered for 2 weeks , the strength of the comparison group of antitumor effect . ( 3) using immunohistochemistry , image analysis techniques quantitative detection comparator groups transplanted tumor microvessel density , VEGF and Caspase-3 expression . Results: ( 1) Yiqihuoxue can only significant inhibition of tumor growth , low , medium and high dose groups were significantly less than the blank control group ( P <0.05 , P <0.01 ) . (2 ) Yiqihuoxue is only reduce the transplanted tumor MVD value and VEGF expression levels , including the high- dose group and blank group were significantly different ( P <0.01 ) . (3) Yiqihuoxue before promoting the expression of Caspase-3 , in which the high- dose group and blank group significant differences ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion: ( 1) Yiqihuoxue party mice H 22 hepatoma exact inhibitory effect was dose dependent . ( 2) Yiqihuoxue side has antiangiogenic effects , its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of VEGF expression . ( 3 ) Yiqihuoxue square 22 of HCC induced apoptosis in mice H , its mechanism may be related to promote the expression of Caspase-3 .
