Based on the author’ s intensive reading on luxun’ s "weeds",this paper presents from a visual angel of aesthetics a study of this poem. Using some theories related to western life philosophy as reference and quoting the changes of western life philosophy and vital aesthetics, the author starts the paper with luxun’ s life philosophy , and then builds a macro-framework of "weed" on its life philosophy and vital aesthetics. Besides, the author ponders on life and destiny ard take a philosophy examination at "the individual" , "the group" ; "the past" , "the present" , and "the futue" as well.Vital aesthetics in "weeds" embodies luxun’s multi-dimentional thoughts on life :pains in the heart that is difficult to speak out as well as his own loves and sorrows;loneliness that, originates from the reality and struggling forces that fights against the absurd pessimistic as well."Weed" gives a picture filled with pessimism rather than despair . It makes it stand out that there exist frightening coolness in the ways of the world and also reflects luxun’ s agonies while the ponder upon bored , awe and death. "Weed" has its unique aesthetics value and plays an important role in the history .
