Abstract


With the deepening of the reform of basketball career , the gradual establishment and development of the professional basketball club become the internal driving force to promote the sport of basketball in China . Today our competitive basketball professional basketball club development and construction has become the subject of long-term development of the club . How to improve the club's building is particularly important . This article through literature survey , comparative law were investigated and analyzed the current situation as well as the development and construction of the Professional Basketball Club in Shanxi . The club development study found major problems : ( 1) . Is not truly independent legal entity to run ; ( 2 ) . Imperfect club hardware facilities and institutional settings ; ( 3) . Talent that need to be strengthened ; (4) . Large investment of funds did not bring excellent results ; (5 ) . The Club Sports Bureau , the communication between the local media and fans is not enough ; ( 6) . Do not know the strength of the team and coaches . Professional Basketball Club building in the province should learn from the ranks of other provinces and cities to the success of experience based on the following aspects , development and construction of the club . 1. Gradually become truly independent legal entity to run ; 2 . As soon as possible to solve the team's training base , Taiyuan venues and facilities , as well as other advantages in resources ; 3 . In order to enhance the vitality of the club , to establish good operational mechanism , strengthen the construction of the hardware and internal institutional settings ; 4. Hire a first - class coach , to improve the team 's training and competition level ; 5 . Great importance to the role of the Provincial Sports Bureau , strengthen communication with the media and fans .
