Abstract


The papers on the development and current status of the system of patent invalidity summarized and analyzed some of the problems in the invalidation and invalidation litigation practice . Focus on some of the issues related to invalidate the patent system , for example, the system issues and recommendations of the existing patent invalid , the principle of patent invalid request , and the evidence in accordance with the terms of reference to review the principles and the patent is invalid . In addition , the paper also analyzes the third revision of the patent law the existing patent invalid system , including the \technical defenses problems .
