Abstract


Since the 1980s , with the reform and opening up and China 's rapid economic development , underground banks , Bidding , private lending and other major forms of underground financial activities increasingly prevalent in developed coastal areas and thus extends to less developed areas and underdeveloped areas . \I think that by striking underground illegal financial activities , improve the financial management system , market demand and promote the development of private financial institutions , enabling individuals to achieve a balanced selection utility and profits , effective monitoring of \credit risk awareness to combat and prevent financial crime underground .
