Abstract


In order to meet the needs of a modern army building , and to adapt to the trend of the world's military personnel training , with Comrade Jiang Zemin put forward the military growth of cadres the go armed forces to train themselves and supported by national education the road training strategy \President Hu Jintao also stressed the need to establish and improve the military and civilian, military personnel training system , integrating the armed forces and embark on a path of development with Chinese characteristics, military and civilian integration .
