Abstract


The militia building work is the basis of the militia work is to improve the focus of the work of the people's war under conditions of informatization, especially the county (district) level militias construction work of the author based on long-term in the militia work practice by rational thinking and innovative practice combination, to the system modeling introduces the idea of ??the county (district) level militia building process, the integrated use of IDEF0 and Petri net modeling tools and methods, and to explore how to take advantage of the system modeling method of of entire militia construction work system systematic description reflects the relationship between the key aspects of the entire militia construction work should be done, and all aspects of the system model which worked out for the county (district) level People's Armed Forces Department of carry militias construction work able to draw a reference model of the program, in order to further improve the quality and efficiency of the county (district) level militia building. This paper first discusses the county (district) level militia-building needs analysis, as well as the existence of the problem, mainly on the construction status of the militia associated with the basic knowledge to explore the county (district) level militia research significance of the construction process and work characteristics and county (district) level militia process of building demand, in turn based on the practical experience summed up the county (district) level militia construction process.
