Abstract

The main subject of study micro- battery treatment of the dyeing wastewater purification technology , include: ( 1 ) micro battery Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Factors Influencing ; optimize the ratio of research ( 2 ) process ; (3) studies of the catalyst ; (4 ) the optimum processing power ; (5 ) mechanism through experiments , comparing the performance of micro - cell reaction system consisting of activated carbon , fly ash, lignite powder with iron dyeing wastewater purification treatment ; fly ash the treatment effect of the micro - battery reaction system , the types of activity and Ash were studied ; conducted a study on the iron powder and the amount of catalyst . Ultimately determine the best type of fly ash to bottom ash , the best process for bottom ash -Fe - catalyst \The lowest COD concentration of the effluent treatment best process to 4.9mg / L ( COD purification efficiency of 99.84% , the effluent pH of 6 , chroma purification efficiency of 99.72% ) . COD and pH value in line with the national \The Process effluent COD average purification efficiency of 95.66% , and chroma average purification efficiency of 96.62%, pH value of 6 . The method is a green technology , technical and economic feasible . The results of this study have higher application value .
