Abstract


Inherent correlation of the mass media and public decision-making is that information . The main performance of its relationship to the information supplied , policy support , agenda setting , public opinion and other aspects . Political Communication major purpose of dissemination about politics . Political communication mainly positive function of the public decision-making : construction of public issues ; setting the policy agenda ; expand the policy demands groups , increase awareness of policy issues and policy-making political participation . Aspects of the implementation of the public decision-making , the media function : policy interpretation , political mobilization , the effect of publicity , decision-making oversight . Negative media : ( 1 ) macroeconomic sight : the balance of political information lead to the \shaping the society and weaken political participation ; public decision-making structure and function of information distortion caused by the crisis ; ( 2 ) micro sight : the proliferation of false news , paid news ; flooded with \, cause discord social ecology .
