Abstract


The ethical sensibility of teachers teaching teachers the ability to comprehend and explain the implication of the moral element in the teaching situation, this awareness and the ability to identify the moral component in the teaching situation is psychological logical starting point for teachers of virtue teaching behavior. In this study, on the basis of the research system the combing teaching ethics and ethical sensitivity that teachers' understanding of teaching ethics with obvious tendency of standardization and surface, which leads to difficult for them to keep on the the tacit professional ethics in the teaching situation sensitive . This study will focus on three core issues to start: (1) to reveal the teachers' understanding of teaching ethics in teaching practice; (2) analysis of the characteristics of the different teaching contexts teachers teaching ethical sensitivity; (3) to investigate factors affect teachers' ethical sensibility, the system supports the strategy for subsequent Intervention Study. Research as one of 311 primary and secondary school teachers, Implicit Theories of investigation, understanding and awareness of the survey teachers teaching ethics. The results show that: (1) teachers' understanding of teaching ethics including professionalism love students, clean and fair punishment excessive, exchanges barrier The dignity, academic concerns, understanding, encourage seven; (2) significant viewpoints of experts outside compared to teaching ethics Implicit Theories emphasis on teaching ethics research orientation to student behavior; judgments compared with ethics, morality and judgments are not the rules of ethics rules and customs areas of distinction. Two 449 primary and secondary school teachers and pre-service teachers, the use of scenario tests, visits teachers teaching ethical sensitivity of cross-situational and structural validity. The results show that: (1) teaching ethical sensibility by moral awareness, a composite component consequences consciousness and moral sentiments; (2) teaching ethical sensibility is reflected in the basic aspects of the teaching process, teaching ethical sensibility demonstrated cross situational. Study three subjects in 21 primary and secondary school teachers, using interviews, analysis of the main factors to affect teachers' ethical sensibility, may support the strategy for intervention. The results show that: (1) teaching ethical sensitivity of influencing factors main objective aspects. Subjective aspects including teachers empathy, personality, role involvement and moral schemata four factors, and objective aspects, including the teachers gender and cultural background of two factors; (2) teaching ethical sensibility intervention countermeasures: Moral Narrative model demonstration, role-playing, and campus hidden moral education culture-building strategy.
