Abstract


With the development of new technologies , the network represented by the rapid rise of new media , the electronic newspaper production marks the digital news era . Face of the strong impact , the road must be taken to face the future of new media , traditional media and seize market share ? The wave of the rapid development of digital technology as a symbol bullish and young audiences to the new media market continued shunt manifested in the form , and can be described as choppy . The traditional newspaper industry has come to a critical moment that requires strategic transformation . Face of digitization , the the newspaper operators who have to embrace the Internet , doing new to try and change the original business model . But the existing mode really mature? The face just still mature network and digital technology , the newspaper business into the digitized the need for more rational thinking and a more systematic and scientific theory to guide it? This study propagation theory , journalism theory , marketing theory as a guide to the literature analysis , case analysis , content analysis as a research method , the the main digital era newspaper business strategy problem . Operating the existing business model around the living environment, the operating status of the digital age newspaper , the digitization of newspapers , in-depth analysis , and business strategy on the basis of systematic study . The research results show that the digital era newspapers facing original content , the issue of vicious competition , advertising has been declining audiences a serious loss , incomplete industry chain operations , limitations of the concept of operations , the mechanism behind the survival environment and problems . Based on the above issues , this article on the newspaper originality deepen the content in the digital age business strategy , the extension of the newspaper industry chain diversification strategy . Time data is limited , this study also has some problems , the newspaper business is an all-encompassing topic of this article is only the various aspects of its analysis and research in terms of business strategy , and did not in-depth analysis of the newspaper business , this paper proceeds conclusions need to be further strengthened in the future research .
