Abstract


The kidnapping is a kind of violent crime punished by all country in the world.The crimnal behaviour infrings the citizens person right and the other property right and disturbs social peace and order of our country. Since the kidnapping brought in the crimnal law 1n 1997,the discussions about the this crime have been keeping on in the theortetical and the practical circles,such as ,the recognition of the accomplished kidnapping crime ,the criminal object of kidnapping,criminal responsibility about the subject of kidnapping, the difference between the crimes.The paper expounds on some difficult problems about the crime of kidnapping for the sake of benefit the judicial practice.
