Research and explore the ultrasonic degradation , ultrasonic / coagulation and sedimentation , ultrasonic / chemical oxidation the ultrasonic / catalytic oxidation , ultrasonic / micro- electrolysis , etc. Several Process Acid Scarlet GR Dye Wastewater Technical indicators ( chemical oxygen consumption treatment effect of COD and chroma) and the appropriate process parameters , and the combination of the ultraviolet spectrum , infrared spectroscopy , and atomic absorption spectroscopy three instrumental analysis means further analysis shows that the treatment results were summarized as follows : acid red GR dye wastewater to the object , the effects of wastewater concentration , pH value , ultrasound , and dry it gas and other factors affect their degradation efficiency ; experiments show that : the optimum conditions : pH value of about 2.2 ; irradiation time of 40min : ultrasonic power 80W ~ 90W; aeration : Best temperature controlled at 20 ° C to 40 ° C . Ultrasonic applied coagulation , and orthogonal experiment to find the the ultrasound / coagulation and strengthening the role of the best combination of technology ; experiments showed that ultrasonic coagulation and sedimentation have a certain role , but the effect is not significant . Study the influence of the ultrasonic / chlorine dioxide chemical oxidation effect , and combined with the chemical oxidation process conditions , by applying an ultrasonic wave in a homogeneous reaction system , the comparison test , to find out the application method of the ultrasonic wave in the chemical oxidation conditions and effects analysis . Strengthen the role of the ultrasonic / catalytic oxidation , and the homemade catalyst life and ultrasound preliminary study on the role of catalyst ; experiments show that ultrasonic catalytic oxidation played a good role in promoting accelerated liquid - solid phase reaction rate and the mass transfer process, and cleaning profile of the surface of the catalyst , enhance the activity of the active ingredient , and to extend the life of the catalyst .
