Abstract


In 21st century, information technology became more and more important, which is based on Internet. In order to meet the more complex and suitable requirements, all kinds of private network are set up by lots of department and company, it has a key role in the current Internet network.Education Network is a kind of Metropolitan Area Network; it improves the ability of collaboration and quickly action, and then provides a stable fundamental support for education. Education Network demand highly technology to meet the requirements of the customer, teachers and students in middle school. Based on the service customers, the security of network becomes very important. The paper starts from the current situation of the education network in Dongying, then focus on the issue of inspecting and preventing of education network.Based on the limitation of the traditional security technology and the security issue in the education network and considering the security trend, learning the lesson from the construction of the Education Network, it gives out an application solution for the education field which IPS will act as one of core components. The solution is consist of Firewall/Network Behavior Audit System/Antivirus/Web application security/VPN etc. The target speed should be up to 10Gbps and provide a self-defensive security system which breaks the traditional security mode that is static security protection. The mode can be upgraded.The solution was deployed in the Dongying’s Education Network; it makes a good progress in improving the security level of the Education Network in Doingying. We focus on the issue that the SQL-inject attack will be invalid in some day, we give a better solution than the old one.The solution is deployed in the Education Network of Dongying, it is provided that it is valuable and stable should bring out some very rich experience for the construction of educational-MAN.
