Abstract


Along with the further development of the economical globalization, the enterprise organizations will face the deepening competition from organization’s inside and outside; at the same time, the traditional hierarchical organization is gradually substituted for the flat organization. The increasingly fierce competition and organization’s flattening request the staff not only to complete role - in work, but also request the staff to be able to undertake more out-role work- the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. But, it is risk to be engaged in Organizational Citizenship Behavior It not only requests the organizational citizenship behavior to pay the extra time, energy, finance and work, but it also brings about the family– work conflict and other relational anxiety. Moreover, it has the possibility to cause individual organization interpersonal relationship anxieties, which will probably affect the staff’s identities, status, the promotion and the occupation development in the organization and so on. Therefore, organizations, in order to effectively encourage the staff to be occupied with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior to adapt to the time and enterprise’s need, to guarantee organization’s goal and assignment to be finished and hence develop the organizations, must be able to provide a Safe organizational psychological atmosphere for the staff, so that the staff can relieve r worries in their minds. The attention on research is to explore the relation but between Organizational Psychological Safety and OCB, and also explore how Organizational Psychology Safety influence the relation between leadership behavior and trust and OCB.data used in this paper from 456 employees who are from the medical service of Henan Province from Kaifeng, Zhengzhou, Nanyang and Zhumadian. The study explores the relationship between Organizational Psychological Safety and OCB with the methods of questionnaire survey, correlation, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis. Conclusions the study obtained are follows:First Both the Organizational Psychological Safety and the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors mutually promote each other. Second Leadership Behavior can influence OCB by mediation of Organizational Psychological Safety.Third Trust can influence OCB by mediation of Organizational Psychological Safety.Forth Compared with the cognition trust, the emotion trust is more advantageous to raise the organization psychological safety, and also more advantageous for employees to do citizenship behavior.Fifth The Higher degree of education an employee has, the more possibilities he/she has to be engaged in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior
