Abstract


China has become a member of World Trade Organization and the transition period has been ended. Chinese enterprises will face the competitiveness not only from domestic enterprises but also from more powerful foreign enterprises, and the degree of competitiveness will be more drastic. If the enterprises want to survive and develop in this drastic market, they should know their competitive level consciously. At the same time, how to evaluate the enterprises competitiveness is the problem that should be considered by the investors and the government. So the evaluation of enterprises competitiveness has very realistic meaning.At first, the thesis analyzes the background and the meaning of the study, and presents the way to study. And the evaluation of enterprises competitiveness is introduced as the subject of the thesis. Simultaneously the internal and external factors that affect the enterprises competitiveness are analyzed at length. In the thesis, the domestic and foreign theories and method of enterprises competitiveness are reviewed.Combined with the actuality of Chinese enterprises competitiveness, the advantage and shortage of the theories and methods are analyzed. In the thesis, the existing evaluation methods are introduced, and at the end, the factor analysis method is selected as the method to evaluate the Chinese enterprises competitiveness by the comparison of the different evaluation methods. On the basis of the former experience, the indexes system of enterprises competitiveness, sustainable development ability, productive ability and anti-venture ability, is set up. Lastly, some suggestions are put toward to improve the competitiveness of the Group of Jiangxi Province
