Abstract


Secondary vocational education’s goal is training manager and builders for socialist construction. As Chinese economic development and social progress, all industries put forward more and more high demand in the professional workers. However, according to the social feedback and survey found that the current secondary vocational school students’(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational students) professional quality status is worrying. The mainly questions are the following three aspects:secondary vocational students’goals are orientation inaccurate in vocational school; Vocational ability should ascend; Ethical conception. Secondary vocational education which is the backbone in our vocational education has an unshirkable responsibility to improve the employee literacy. According to the secondary vocational student professional quality analysis on the status quo of the secondary vocational student liters, I will find out the existing problems and reasons, aiming at these problems, and puts forward related reform strategy aims to promote the secondary vocational students professional quality. Achieve promotion our country laborer the grand goal of vocational accomplishment, fundamentally solve the low quality of workers to their difficult employment and so on social problems.
