Abstract


At present, Chinese students’ physique generally into decline. This problem aroused people’s attention and concern. The schoolwork for students is heavy-laden and the pressure of learning is so great. No matter schools, parents, or students themselves, most people do not attach importance to fitness or PE . When students have a class, their attitude is not correct, inactive in class, just for getting credits and so on. Terefore, teachers should more developing their potential, innovate teaching, and cultivating students’interest of PE. Teaching not only should reflect "health first" thought, reach“fitness”goals, also cultivate students’ consciousness of "lifetime sports", make its influence to other people around them. So, not only Chinese students’ physique is improved, but also more Chinese physique will be improved, too.Take above problems, only the aerobics in the odinary university is concerned, the author has already done teaching contrast experiment. Randomly extract two classes, 30 people for every class, as classes and that in comparative classes. Under the situation which determines the students of two classes haven’t non-significance difference between classes and that in comparative classes, the author have finished aerobics teaching for 36 periods. Based on the traditional teaching, experimental classes bring in the club form teaching, that in comparative classes still uses the traditional teaching. After ending the experiment, it gets the data.This study, in summarizing advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching of aerobics in the odinary university basis, in summarizing advantages and disadvantages of the club form teaching of aerobics basis, the author looks up a number of literature and combining the teaching experiment, by using the method of documentation, experiment, questionnaire survey and observation, interview and mathematical statistics, to study and analysis the complementary advantages in bringing in the club form teaching about aerobics lessons in the ordinary university in changchun. The following conclusions:1.Based on the traditional teaching, bring in the club form teaching, it reflects complementary advantages. Teachers accomplish the teaching assignment better in happiness. Students complete the study task better in happiness.2. Based on the traditional teaching, bring in the club form teaching, it is little affected the height and weight of the students. The aults of the examination can be a little improved, but it isn’t obvious.The strength of the upper limb, the lower limb power,the toughness, the vital capacity and heart rate can be improved obviously. By using this teaching, not only finish the teaching task, improve the quality of learning, but also reach the purpose of " fitness and styling". 3. Based on the traditional teaching, bring in the club form teaching, it more arouses the intresting and enthusiathm of the students. The teacher“teaches happily”,and the students“learn happily”. Using this teaching, teaches through lively activites, reflects "health first" thinking , cultivates "lifetime sports" consciousness, and more reach the purpose of“healthy mind”.4. Innovating is more important in teaching.Innovative teach, it can be more arouse teachers’ potential, arouse students’ enthusiasm, and improve the learning efficiency. Combining the advantages of the traditional teaching and the club teaching, which makes its complementary advantages. This study is applied to teaching practice, and provides some reference for the further improvement of the aerobics teaching in ordinary university.
