Abstract


It is stressed in the "Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress" that " it is essential to get a comprehensive understanding of traditional culture, to reject also needs to rely on education to achieve its vitality and historical significance.the dross and to assimilate the essence to adapt to contemporary society, which should be in harmony with modern civilization while maintain national character. It is important to strengthen Chinese culture education. "Traditional martial art is such a carrier that sucks the essence of traditional Chinese culture to form its own unique philosophy and philosophy with the progress of human society, reflecting profound cultural system. In the long development process, education has always been an important means and the maximum power, embodying the values of traditional martial arts. It can be seen that education is a carrier and means of cultural heritage, while culture also needs to rely on education to achieve its vitality and historical significance.At present, China is in a period of internal social transformation and external integration of globalization, which has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the inherent political, economic and cultural system. The rapid development of China’s socialist market economy has made remarkable achievements in the material civilization, but spiritual civilization has yet to be strengthened. Excellent national culture is incompatible with advanced modern ideas. There is a gap in the development of national culture trends, which will hinder the overall development of society. In this paper, documentary data method, historical analysis method, logical analysis, comparative analysis, expert interviews and other research methods are adopted. Taking the contemporary social environment as the background, analysing the educational value of traditional martial arts, it is concluded that:First, The educational value of traditional martial arts is an objective reality, rooted in social reality. Its occurrence and development is a true portrayal of social change. The main requirement is the base of existence of traditional martial arts. The pursuit of its value drives the continuous development of traditional martial arts.Second, in the context of globalization, we should re-examine the traditional martial arts, In the skill level, the educational of traditional martial arts is in the pursuit of superb technical skills and spirited state; in the system level, the morals of martial arts should be the center of education of traditional martial arts; in the psychological level, the educational of traditional martial arts should be strengthen the education of patriotism, harmonious and self-discipline and social commitment, actively carrying forward the fine tradition, with an open attitude to the change of globalization.Third, in the social transition, the traditional martial arts can meet the health needs and improve body functions of the public through physical exercise. In this process, meditation cultivation is good for achieving the purpose of heart health; traditional martial arts can meet the needs of students. A good physical basis of students is the future prosperity of the country, Aiming at the spiritual crisis, the traditional martial arts, taking the cultural education as a means, make full play of fine Chinese cultural traditions and revive the moral quality of students.Fourth, China’s implementation of "governing the country by Law and Morality" not only provides adequate environmental conditions but also provides moral education opportunities. We should carry forward the patriotic education to stimulate people’s self-esteem and pride, which play a positive role in social stability and political harmony.
