Abstract

Objective: To investigate the chronic hepatitis B ( CHB ) patients with serum interleukin -10 ( IL - 10 ) , interleukin -18 ( IL - 18 ) concentration and different levels of hepatitis B virus DNA ( HBV DNA ) content and the type of relationship between the degree of liver injury . Methods: 98 patients with CHB serum samples of patients ( 22 females , 76 males ) , with a double antibody sandwich ELISA serum IL - 10 , IL - 18 concentration ; measuring the amount of HBV DNA nucleic acid fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ; automatic biochemical analyzer determination of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin ( TBIL ) ; collect the serum of 30 healthy subjects as controls . The experimental data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation. SPSS12.0 statistical software for statistical analysis , multiple samples were compared with variance analysis, the groups were compared using t-test , correlation analysis using linear correlation analysis . Results : CHB patients with serum IL - 10 , IL - 18 concentration in the different levels of HBV DNA level group than in the control group increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; IL - 10 concentration in the different levels of HBV DNA between the two groups The difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; IL - 18 concentration in the different levels of HBV DNA between the two groups was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . CHB patients with serum IL - 10 , IL - 18 concentration in varying degrees of liver injury group than in the control group increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.01 ) ; IL - 10 concentration in the severe group than the mild to moderate group rose difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.01 ) between the moderate group and the mild group difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; elevated IL - 18 concentration in the severe group than in the mild group , The difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , moderate group with mild and severe group, the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . CHB patients with serum IL - 10 , IL - 18 concentration with different levels of HBV DNA and varying degrees of liver injury was positively correlated (r = 0.785,0.736,0.277,0.475 P lt ; 0.01 ) CHB patients with serum IL - 10 , IL - 18 , ALT between the three was a positive correlation (r = 0.208,0.198,0.174 P lt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: The results suggest that : IL - 10 and HBV DNA lead to hepatitis B chronic persistent infection , and inhibit the secretion of IL-18 . IL-18 is related to the degree of inflammation of the liver , inhibition of HBV replication rid of the virus .
