Abstract


Since from reform and opening, China’s SMEs have become an important force for promoting economic development in China’s rapid economic growth.The SMEs played an unprecedented role in the expansion of employment and maintaining social stability. At the same time, the financing problem of SMEs was highly concerned, a multi-level capital market required constructing,financing problem required soluting. In 2004, the regulators established the SME,which is the basis of the GEM, Up to August 22,2007, "listed on the GEM distribution management" (draft) was retified by the State Council, On March 31,2009, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "IPO and listing on the GEM Interim Measures," On 28 September 2009 the company officially listed on the GEM, the Growth Enterprise Market of China was officially formed. The information disclosure of listed companies is an important way that investors believe the stock value, the GEM listed company have lots of risks, in order to avoid the errors that the motherboard market ever made in the information disclosure system,in order to protect the interests of investors and promote the ordered development of securities market, China must establish an disclosure system that is consistent with the actual situation of the GEM information as soon as possible. Basing on this background, this paper will discuss the information disclosure system.of the GEM listed companyThis article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background, practical significance and sub-methods;The second chapter, respectively described GEM listed company information disclosure system specificity from the meaning of the GEM, features, functions and theoretical basis of information disclosure of listed companies’market risks and Information disclosure system;The third, using a comparative analysis, relects the present legislative status based on discussing the basic concepts of information disclosure regulation; The fourth according to the regulatory rules of China’s Growth Enterprise Market listed companies, the auther further discusses how to learn from the successful experience of the international market,how to combine with China’s actual conditions, how to improve the growth enterprise market information disclosure system and how to make it play the reasonable and effective allocation role of marketing resources.
