Abstract

Sucrose esters is an important tobacco flavor precursors secreted by glandular hairs. Clouds 85, K326, K346, G80, NC89, NC82, safflower Hongda (in this paper referred to as red) 7 flue-cured tobacco varieties as test material, the use of high performance thin layer chromatography scanning method, the leaves of flue-cured tobacco varieties The surface of sucrose esters of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the maturity of flue-cured tobacco varieties the surface of the tobacco leaf sucrose esters and other chemical components and the maturation process of the tobacco leaf surface sucrose esters and other chemical constituents of the dynamic changes. At the same time, the use of the method of natural rain and cover film processing, analysis and comparison of the impact of rain on the leaf surface sucrose esters. The main results are as follows: (1) the separation and determination of sucrose esters of tobacco leaf surface scan analysis of thin-layer chromatography test conditions, to optimize the ratio of the mobile phase solvents and dyes. Compared to determine the effect of different mobile phase chromatography toluene - ethyl acetate - methanol - water (volume ratio 10:5:4.5:0.2) as the agent, urea - phosphoric acid - n-butanol mixed color is separated to determine the effect of sucrose esters of tobacco. Test conditions are created for the rapid analysis and detection of leaf surface sucrose esters. (2) the seven varieties of flue-cured tobacco after topping tobacco leaf under different surface secretion of sucrose esters and other chemical components were analyzed. The results show that: the surface of the total amount of sucrose esters of different flue-cured tobacco varieties there are significant differences, and the tobacco leaf surface sucrose ester content differences showing similar trends. NC89 highest content, followed by clouds 85 minimum for the G80. Leaf-bit comparison between the varieties of sucrose esters showed the total variation of the upper leaves> middle leaves> lower leaves. The correlation analysis showed that sucrose ester content significantly different between different species. Sucrose esters and total soluble sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine was positively related with a negative correlation between the non-reducing sugar and potassium. (3) study the dynamic changes of the surface of the maturation process of flue-cured tobacco leaf sucrose esters and other chemical ingredients. The results show that: within 28 days after topping the different varieties of flue-cured tobacco upper and middle leaves surface sucrose ester content showed an upward trend, began to slow down from 28 to 35 days; flue-cured tobacco varieties in the maturation process of sucrose esters trend with total sugar reducing sugar and nicotine basically the same trend was the opposite trend, and potassium. (4) the use of natural rain and cover film processing method to study the impact of natural rainfall of Honghuadajinyuan and K326 tobacco leaf surface sucrose esters and other chemical constituents of the total content of. The results show that the rain washed the surface of the tobacco sucrose esters have a more significant impact. The surface of the middle leaf sucrose esters by rain erosion than the upper leaves; the K326 Tobacco surface sucrose esters by the rain erosion affects more people than Honghuadajinyuan; rainfall total soluble sugar, reducing sugar, non-reducing sugar, nicotine and potassium The content of less influence.
