Abstract


In order to effectively manage supply chain , so that the overall performance of the supply chain to achieve the best cooperation activities between the entities and their functions in the supply chain must be highly coordinated manner . Supply chain contract as one of the mechanisms to coordinate the supply chain has become a very important issue in the supply chain management , more and more attention by scholars and entrepreneurs . In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of emergencies , coordination of the supply chain caused a huge impact, and thus supply chain contract for emergency coordination mechanism also began a preliminary study . In this paper , on the basis of previous studies , further study of the supply chain contract under the coordination of the emergency , and to study the structure of the supply chain extended by two to three coordination problems . The main contents of the article and innovation summarized as follows: 1 ) For a manufacturer and a retailer two-stage supply chain coordination problems , mainly on the basis of literature research , consider emergencies caused by changes in the size of the market , respectively. explore Quantity discount Contract Price Discount Contract and revenue sharing contract and how to coordinate the supply chain . Consider two cases of the centralized supply chain and decentralized supply chain coordination , channel coordination and centralization as a test improved coordination mechanisms to respond to emergencies standard quantity discount contract . Through the establishment of the model, the calculation of the overall income of the supply chain and the coordination of profits before and after comparison , anti - sudden quantity discounts , price discounts and revenue sharing contract . 2) For a supplier , a manufacturer and a retailer composed of three supply chain coordination issues , on the basis of the two - stage supply chain extension . With MATLAB tools , the wholesale price of the product in the supply chain contract , the retail price , recovery price and order quantity and other parameters to analyze , discuss how the quantity discount contract and price discount contract in emergencies under the coordination of the supply chain .
