The average molecular weight is to describe the structure of the heavy oil molecules important parameter. Because petrophysical characterization and heavy oil mean molecular structure calculation , the average molecular weight is essential for basic data . However, the average molecular weight resin and asphaltene different methods of measurement data measured far apart. A major reason for this difficulty is no one good , which can effectively depolymerization resin and asphaltene as a single molecule , the molecular bonds without damaging ways . Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) With \The purpose of this is to introduce a new test method for the average molecular weight residual components : MALDI-TOF-MS. Tested before and after Liaohe thermal reaction residue four components (SARA) of MS and NMR 1H spectrum . The MALDI-TOF-MS data obtained residue average molecular weight of each component , with 1H NMR spectra of the components associated with average structural parameters such as aromaticity , aromatic rings , aromatic carbon atoms , saturated , total ring number of naphthenic rings , etc. , in order to understand the pyrolysis reaction caused by the variation of the structure of each component . In order to discuss the basic cell structure asphaltenes chemical nature of the density functional method of acridine and derivatives molecular HOMO-LUMO energy gap , ionization potential , and an aromatic index (HOMA). The analysis revealed that , acridine derivatives, the N atom in the molecule more reactive than meta- C2 C6 large . 2-substituted derivatives of acridine substituted ionization potential than six acridine derivatives. In addition , acridine derivative molecules C2 substituent effects than the C6 position to be obvious.
