Abstract


With the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games approaching , the market for sports insurance is also the voice of a wave after wave . In the United States , the sports insurance industry is an important part of the industry in the United States . The United States and Switzerland , insurance penetration and density of people is very high . In Italy, France, Japan and other developed countries , the rules and regulations of the sports insurance is very sound. In China , sports insurance is an emerging industry , is the inevitable outcome of the development of our society . Fledgling sports insurance not yet public awareness and acceptance, to accelerate the pace of development that gives them just because of the upcoming 2008 . But things need to process , and now sports insurance just to look projected in some areas of competitive sports . But the actual needs of the market is reflected in school sports , mass sports in this area , they are also in urgent need of attention of sports insurance . In this paper, the tunnel focus on college sports , college sports teachers , students mainly study was the need of sports insurance in college proposed the idea of the system 's initial establishment . Articles using literature data, questionnaire survey , expert interviews , statistics analysis and case analysis , analysis based sports insurance is an effective way to solve the school sports injury . Sports and legal system in China lag directly affect the healthy development of the sports insurance market , insurance company professionals also contributed to the lack of development of the sports market the main reason for the slow pace of development of China 's sports insurance .
