Abstract


With the emerging of new ideas and new means of business competition intensifies , the virtual value chain , functions outsourcing strategy on improving the level of enterprise value chain , greatly reduced the cost of business , enhance their differences , laid the the basis of the core competitiveness . On the mid-1980s , Professor Michael Porter put forward the famous theory of enterprise value chain , tried as a tool to analyze their overall structure and competitiveness , but he did not propose a specific set of practical ways , other scholars at home and abroad to make some research in enterprise value assessment , but still not a good combination Porter's theory of competitive advantage . This article is based on Porter's basic competitive advantage theory and industry strategy group characteristics to build the evaluation of the level of enterprise value chain assessment system, not only inherits the value chain and competitive advantage thinking , and further enhances the operability assessment practice . Under the guidance of the basic theory of competitive strategy , the first industry strategic group competition features analysis, divided into three industry strategy group mode , then the advantage from the impact of cost leadership and differentiation factors point to build a calculation system , the Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy mathematics matrix first leading cost estimates and differentiated -type strategy group level of the value chain , and then caught in the middle of enterprises evaluated. Varying degrees of importance in terms of cost and differentiation obtained caught in the middle of enterprise value chain level is generally lower than the implementation of cost leadership or differentiation strategy enterprise alone ; or its equivalent , rarely greater than the level in accordance with Potter Professor folders in intermediate corporate performance low point , in addition to a certain extent explains why the type of business reality a large number of survival .
