Abstract


In this thesis, Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau Drilling Engineering Corporation as the object of study, the use of human resources planning evaluation system for the diagnosis and analysis of the company in 2005 to develop the human resources planning goals , find out the process of the development of human resources planning the existence of the problem and propose a method to solve this problem . In the re-enactment of the company 's human resource planning , the application of the theory of human resources planning and the actual business , to develop the human resources of the three-year plan and implementation plan and safeguard measures . The thesis is divided into the following four parts The first part introduces an overview of the Changqing Drilling Company , including the company's industry background , the general situation of the company and the company's original basic of human resources planning . The second part of the basic theory of diagnosis and analysis of the use of human resources planning of the company's existing human resources planning , analysis and diagnosis , and pointed out the problems in the development of the plan , and proposed to solve the problem .
