The competition of the 21st century is the talent competition, training is an important means of developing human development talent, retain talent. Today, human resource development and training has become a fashionable topic, can not effectively deal with the issue of training managers will face increasing pressure from both sides of the leadership and staff,. The theoretical study of the effectiveness of training, four metrics: reaction, learning, application and results in the evaluation of the effectiveness of training. There are many factors affecting the effectiveness of training, mainly into three categories: First, individual factors (personal characteristics), organizational factors (environmental characteristics) training system factors (training system characteristics). Enterprise management practice and training managers in the planning process of the training will be very concerned about the impact of the training system features for the training effect, how to make the training process on how to transfer knowledge elements stimulate diverse, interactive exercises consider more throughout the whole process of training planning and design. Personal characteristics on training transfer, although it is obvious, but the personal characteristics of uncertainty is a difficult to control for training managers. Factors of the research organization for the training effect, the key factors that determine the organizational factors influence the effectiveness of training, has a very important theoretical and practical significance for us to develop appropriate intervention countermeasures to improve the effect of the training activities. In this study, by tracking assessment of 45 students to participate in the first-line supervisors leadership training for up to six months to get a reaction, learning, application and results of the empirical data of the four levels of training effectiveness, and the use of self questionnaire support the organization sense and emotional commitment to conduct a test study, to investigate the sense of organizational support on this basis the impact of the training effect mechanism made some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of training. Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, this study analyzed the impact of the training effect of four different levels of each dimension of perceived organizational support, and to compare the differences in the sense of emotional commitment and organizational support to the training effect. Inspection of Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire and the emotional commitment of construct validity and reliability of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity, organizational support and emotional commitment to the training of all levels effects have a significant impact, with respect to the feelings of commitment, perceived organizational support more significant positive predictor of training effect. In short, the groundbreaking of organizations to support the mechanism of a sense of the impact of the training effect. How to better intervene in these factors, and to improve the effectiveness of training, and has yet to be further in-depth study. In-depth study on the subject, both rich theoretical training, or the promotion of Chinese enterprises' human resources training and development and actual work to create a learning organization, has very important practical significance.
